The new Polliwogs at Robertson Walk |
I've always wanted to visit the East Coast outlet but even before I could make time for it, this one opens up just a stone's throw away from my house. Perfect!
Besides offering a large indoor playground that it's famous for, it also has 2 private rooms for birthday parties, a dining area for eating and even lockers to keep your valuables safe while you

here is also a nursing room available for mothers with young babies! (You know how obsessed I am with nursing rooms right?! *laughs*).

After checking out the place, baby girl could hardly wait to run off to play. Who can blame her? =)
Jumping straight into the ball pit |
But I was more interested in checking out the large slide that was beckoning us over!

If you must know, yes, I went down the slide together with her under the pretense of "helping my girl". Where did you think she got the love of slides from? *laughs*
The rest of the playground was a giant maze, where you might actually get lost inside especially if you were a tiny little kid.
"Hmm.. left or right?!" |

"Whoops, dead end!" |

"Over the hills and far away.." |
It's really a jungle up there! =)
There was also a rock climbing wall and flying fox for older children.

Baby girl would have continued playing non-stop for the next few hours had I not insisted that we take a break.

Coke light for me and fat-free yogurt for her |
And once mummy has caught her breath, it was back to play at the special toddler corner where there are smaller slides for children 1-3 years old.

Once she got bored of this little area, it was off to the bigger play area where she explored even deeper into the "maze" where few has gone.

"Wow.. there're even more tunnels at the far, far side" |
Soon she got so acquainted with the place that she could play on her own without me.
"I can climb myself!" |
Obviously baby girl had more fun than her Mummy did. I had to strain my back squeezing through the tight spaces and picking balls for her. And also putting myself in danger of a major ball attack. Here's proof:
This ball-shooting arena was one of her favourites! She had such a blast that when it was time to go home, I had to literally drag her out of there. She was so tired, she knocked out the moment we reached home =)
Overall, this playground is perfect for children between 1-5 years old as the structures are built for children of a certain height. An older child who is much taller might get a backache (like all the adults did), which may then result in them not fully enjoying the playground. For the price, I think it is pretty worth your while to visit with your toddlers and preschoolers =)
