"I don't know.." I said.
She ran from room to room looking for him and when she had found him, proceeded to cover his whole face with a million of her wet kisses.
"Arrrrr!" he grunts, expressing his great annoyance with a low whirling sound from the depth of his throat.
"Baby, baby, baby.." she continues, ignoring his displeasure. She went on to crush him with the weight of her body in her enthusiasm to surround him with her big hugs.
His grunting soon turned into shrilling cries of protest, whereby I had to intervene and tell her to stop. Sometimes she does, sometimes she doesn't.. (-_-"). Suddenly I saw myself years in the future, where this referee thingy will be a common occurrence. Sigh.
After being a full-time working mother for the last 2 years, it is both strange yet nostalgic to be able to stay home and take care of the kids like the good old days when I was not working. But being at home meant that I have more opportunities to observe what a drama queen my girl is turning into and what a complain king my boy is!

Not that I'm complaining. I'm fully enjoying the time I have with my babies, before they are no longer babies any more! They grow up waaay too fast!
Oh how I will miss you when you are grown up! :(
