We started with Luge Sentosa Singapore because the Eldest Girl and I are big fans. So much so that we got the Luge Play Pass, the annual membership that gives you 2 free rides, a photo, a lolly, cheaper tickets on future visits and other benefits.
We reviewed our photos and spotted one that could be worthy of being printed. So we redeemed it with our membership.
Part of the draw for the Luge is the Skyride, which gives you a bird's eye view of Siloso Beach.
It was my Boy's first time riding the Luge so admittedly he was very nervous. However, he was really overthinking it as he was a natural and handled the Luge like a pro.
I don't have pictures of my girl and hubby because they have sped down the slope in a race with each other!
We also redeemed our lollies, as the kids were super hungry after our rides! We had one more photo left and will likely redeem it when we bring our Littlest for our next Luge ride! She can ride with me for free with the membership.
We also bought Sentosa Tokens at 50% off and decided to utilise it for the Madame Tussauds 5-in-1 package that included the Images of Singapore and Marvel 4D.
We've been to Madame Tussauds many times (when it first opened in 2014 and when Images of Singapore first opened in 2015). However, it was different this time because the kids are older and can appreciate the interaction with the wax figures. They also rearranged some of their displays to keep them fresh.
We started with Images of Singapore, which looked similar to what I had remembered but yet different.
The Images of Singapore depict the history of Singapore using wax figures.
The wax figures were so realistic that it can be quite creepy when it was dark and we were the only ones there.
As we were entering this old-school theatre, I almost thought this dude was real and wondered what he was watching so intently... 😂
The wax figure just blended right into the picture right?! So realistic!
The exhibit ended with modern day Singapore that featured icons like Dick Lee and Gurmit Singh as Phua Chu Kang.
As part of our package, we were given unlimited shots at the self-operated photo booth located somewhere near the boat ride. It took some time to figure out where to look but once you got it, it's quite fun! We took so many photos 😊
We proceeded on to the Spirit of Singapore Boat Ride, which is really small but cheap thrill nonetheless.
After our ride, we proceeded to explore Madame Tussauds.
Of course I gotta take a photo with my favourite Jay Chou! I've been a fan for 21 years 🤭
At the end of the exhibition, we visited the new Marvel Universe 4D.
We also got to watch a 4D show as part of the experience.
We all enjoyed the show very much 😊
After the show, we proceeded to the gift shop to get some souvenirs to support our local shops. It was a good end to a fun day!
Before we left Sentosa, we dropped by to check out the new Lego Store by Bricksworld that just opened in RWS. With so many interesting things to see inside and outside the shop, it's like an attraction on its own!
It's the biggest Lego store in Singapore and Southeast Asia so you have to check it out if you're a Lego (and Bricksworld) fan like me! 😊
It was a fun day and we'll definitely be back!
